Passengers arriving at the concourse should enter through the 2nd-floor boarding gate and
take the shuttle train (operating 24/7) to the terminal.

Hand in your customs declaration for carry-on items to the customs office.

Korean citizens and registered foreign nationals do not need to fill out an arrival card. Only unregistered foreign nationals are required to fill it out.

After passing through immigration, check the baggage claim number and take the escalator to the first floor to pick up your luggage.

Exit through the departure hall into the arrival hall.
