Storage Location : Vehicles are stored in the outdoor parking lot, exposed to weather conditions such as rain and snow.

During peak season, vehicles may be stored in temporary parking lots or at the cargo terminal parking lot.

The front road on the 3rd floor is a valet parking prohibition zone.

Vehicle Drop-off Instructions

STEP 01 Enter the short-term parking lot (B1 level).
Enter the short-term parking lot at Terminal 1 (B1 level).
STEP 02 Go to the drop-off area (B1 level, Zone A).
Go to Zone A on the B1 Level using the 3rd lane at the short-term parking lot entrance.
STEP 03 Hand over your vehicle and receive a confirmation slip.
You will receive a mobile confirmation message.
* Booking in advance saves check-in time.

Official valet service staff wear orange uniforms (●) marked as Official Valet Parking Service.

Be aware of frequent damages caused by unauthorized private valet services.

The off-site parking managed by solicitors outside the airport is not affiliated with Incheon Airport, and the airport does not take responsibility for any resulting damage or loss.

Parking fees will apply if you park anywhere other than the valet drop-off area on B1 of the short-term parking lot.

Please follow the signs on the airport access road.

Please use the 3rd lane at the entrance to the B1 floor of the short-term parking lot.

Vehicle Pick-up Instructions

You can reclaim your vehicle after payment of the service fee at the designated pick-up location noted on your valet ticket.

Parking fees are separate (long-term parking rates apply), and both valet parking service fees and parking fees are charged after the service.

Vehicles belonging to individuals with disabilities, veterans with recognized disability ratings, May 18 Democracy Merit recipients with disability ratings, and Agent Orange sequela patients with disability ratings are eligible for a discount.

Please note that for vehicles with a regular parking pass using the valet service, if you exit after more than one hour has passed since receiving your car keys, short-term parking fees will be charged for the excess time.
