Destruction
- As a matter of principle, personal information is promptly destroyed without delay when the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been served.

7. Rights of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise Them
Rights and Duties of Data Subjects
- Data subjects have the right to request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing of their personal information at any time (via written document, email, facsimile (FAX), etc.).
- The purposes of use are always disclosed through the Privacy Policy.
Legal Representatives
- For children under the age of 14, the rights must be exercised by their legal representatives.
- Minors aged 14 years or older are entitled to exercise their rights regarding their personal information either by themselves or through a legal representative.
- 1 Data subjects have the right to request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing of their personal information from [Incheon International Airport Corporation] at any time.
Requests for access to personal information related to children under the age of 14 must be made directly by their legal representative, and for data subjects who are minors aged 14 or older, either the minor themselves or their legal representative may exercise the rights concerning the minor’s personal information.

11. How to Remedy Rights Infringement
Remedies for Infringement of Rights
- To seek remedies for personal information infringements, individuals may request dispute resolution, file reports, or seek consultations through the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee, the Personal Information Infringement Reporting Center of the Korea Internet & Security Agency, and other relevant agencies.
- Should one’s rights or interests be infringed, an administrative appeal may be filed.
