- Please report any damage immediately at the Lost Baggage Information Counter located behind the baggage claim carousel.
- An airline representative will verify the damage and proceed with the report and handling process.
- Damaged baggage is classified as the airline’s responsibility, and compensation will be provided according to the airline’s compensation policy, although compensation may not be available in some circumstances.
- Even if you have already left the airport, please contact the airline directly to report the damage and inquire about the next steps.
