Guidelines for Pregnant Women and Infants Traveling by Air
Category	Information
Pregnant Women	Less than 32 weeks pregnant (less than 8 months)	Travel is generally allowed unless advised against air travel by a physician.
	Between 32 and 36 weeks pregnant	A medical certificate and a letter of consent (Medical Certificate) from an obstetrician, issued within 7 days before the flight, must be submitted.
	36 weeks pregnant or more (9 months or more, or 32 weeks for multiple pregnancies)	Travel is generally not allowed for full-term pregnancies to ensure the safety of both the passenger and the flight.
Infants	Infants are generally allowed to travel after 7 days of birth.
Infants	In Korean Airlines, infants can travel on domestic and international flights after 7 days of birth. Asiana Airlines allows infants to travel on domestic flights within 7 days and on international flights within 14 days of birth. (In exceptional circumstances, approval procedures may allow earlier travel.)

Korean Airlines provides a family service for women traveling with two or more children under the age of 7.

Nursing Room

Incheon International Airport provides nursing rooms for infants, guardians, and pregnant passengers.
The facilities include nursing rooms, diaper changing tables, sinks, bottle sterilizers, water dispensers, scales, and hand sanitizers.
