Pet Export Quarantine

To take pets abroad, you must meet the quarantine requirements of the destination country. Please check with the embassy or animal quarantine agency of the destination country in advance.
Before departure (including the day of departure), prepare the necessary documents (vaccination certificate and health certificate) and visit the animal and plant export quarantine office at the airport with your pet. After document and clinical inspections, a quarantine certificate will be issued.
After obtaining the quarantine certificate, proceed to the check-in counter for boarding and then depart.

If you plan to re-enter the country with your pet shortly after, it is convenient to check the necessary requirements in advance, such as the rabies antibody test certificate and microchip implantation, according to Korean quarantine regulations.

Plant Export Quarantine

Please check in advance with the embassy of your destination country or the plant quarantine agency regarding import eligibility and the need for a phytosanitary certification.
On the day of departure, visit the Animal and Plant Export Quarantine Office at the airport, submit your quarantine application, and you will receive a quarantine certificate after the inspection.
