- Before making a purchase, please check the affiliated stores for domestic tax refund.
- When purchasing items (over KRW 15,000), request a purchase receipt and tax refund documents (passport required).
- You must keep the issued purchase receipt and refund documentation until your departure.
You cannot get a tax refund if not requesting for the refund documentation. Refund may also be refused if the documentation is filled incompletely.

- If the refund amount is large or if you prefer not to receive cash, you can choose to have the refund credited to your own credit card.
