What is Easy Drop Service?
This is an off-airport baggage service, where check-in and baggage drop processes are moved to off-site locations, allowing travelers to enjoy a convenient, baggage-free journey all the way to their destination airport.

- Service is not available for passengers on certain routes, including those to the Americas (e.g., Guam and Saipan).
- Special baggage items (e.g., golf bags, firearms, oversized baggage) are not accepted.
- For Korean Airlines and Asiana Airlines, the service is available only for passengers who have completed self check-in (web/mobile).
