Submission of Lease Termination Request	In cases where early termination or modification before the agreement expiration is necessary, the lessee must submit a Lease Termination Request (Intent to Return) in writing to the Corporation at least one month before the desired termination date. The lessee should fill out the Intent to Return (for Passenger Terminals, Transportation Centers, Concourse) form (go to Resources for the form) and send it along with the required documents via email to the Terminal Operations Planning Team.
