Application Procedure
- The commercial spaces leased at Incheon Airport, including duty-free shops, food and beverage outlets, and specialty stores, are used for business activities within the airport’s passenger terminals.
- Operators are selected through open bidding in accordance with the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party, and business rights are assigned for a specified period under the terms and conditions with rent paid accordingly.

Procedure for Brands to Enter the Incheon Airport Duty-Free Shops
- The Incheon Airport duty-free business agreement is based on the total concession method where duty-free operators propose brands to be admitted when participating in bids.
- Tax-exempt operators may propose changes to the brands within the contract term, and the brands will be admitted following review and approval by the Duty-Free Business Team.
- Brands interested in opening at Incheon Airport’s duty-free shops should coordinate in advance with the respective duty-free operators by terminal and product category.

Procedure for Contract Conclusion
- Contracts are concluded electronically, and registration in the electronic bidding system is required (no separate registration needed if already a member of the National e-Procurement System).
Method for Calculating Rent for Commercial Facilities
- Rent is paid post hoc on the 7th of each month, with payment due by the 20th.
- In the event of late payment, a surcharge of 16% per annum will be imposed on the overdue amount from the payment due date until full payment is made.
