Procedure	Details
Join the Tenant Services Portal	After identity verification, create an account Accounts should be created by distinguishing between Account Managers and General Users. When applying as an Account Manager, submission of Business Registration Certificate, Employment Certificate, and copy of the Contract is required. Account Manager: Requires approval for registration from the Terminal Operations Planning Team (032-741-3301, 3302) General User: Direct approval of registration by the Account Manager of the affiliated company is required.
Handover Application and On-site Inspection	Tenant Services Portal > New Start > Handover Application > Apply through the Handover Menu Coordinate with the Tenant Support Team for scheduling, followed by on-site inspection and handover of the intended office space. Handover Checklist Form Download
Utility Application	Apply through Tenant Services Portal > New Start > Utility Menu Request the necessary services among electricity/water/communication (TV, telephone, LAN)

The Tenant Services Portal (TSP) is a platform providing services related to tenancy life.
All services required during the tenancy should be requested through the Tenant Services Portal.
