Upon completion of lease negotiations (via phone, email, etc.),
the lessee must submit a Letter of Intent to Lease (Lessee → Corporation).

Calculation of annual rent
- The total annual rent calculated as below must be paid by the due date specified annually by the Corporation.
- Annual rent per leased object (based on annual prepayment): Annual unit rent of the leased object (KRW/㎡, VAT included) × Leased area (㎡).Annual rent per leased object (based on annual prepayment): Annual unit rent of the leased object (KRW/㎡, VAT included) × Leased area (㎡).
For postpaid monthly rent, installment interest will be charged according to general conditions.
- Payment deadline: (Annual prepayment) by the designated date, (Monthly post-payment) by the 25th of each month
