Decisions of the Human Rights Management Committee
- Matters related to plans, systems, and policies concerning human rights management
- Matters related to human rights practices and obligations of inspection, including human rights impact assessments
- Matters concerning remedies for reported cases of human rights violations
- Other matters deemed necessary for review by the President or the Committee Chair
Composition of the Human Rights Management Committee
Consisting of 8 to 16 members including internal and external representatives, chaired by the Vice President. External members include representatives from supply chains, human rights experts, local community representatives, and specialists in vulnerable human rights areas.
Human Rights Violation Remedies Committee
Convened when human rights violation reports are filed. The composition of the Human Rights Violation Remedies Committee is identical to that of the Human Rights Management Committee excluding the Vice President, with external members selected to ensure independence and objectivity in resolving cases.
