ICAO-Korean Government Fellowship Training Program
To contribute to the advancement and safety of the global aviation industry, the Korean government has been implementing aviation-related fellowship training programs since 2001. In 2006, in recognition of the importance of support and cooperation in aviation education, Korea and ICAO developed plans for a fellowship program funded by the Korean government and managed by ICAO, with the Incheon Airport Aviation Academy undertaking the program. The Training Academy offers educational programs for trainees from developing countries to promote the balanced growth of international civil aviation, with fellowship program participants granted free access to the courses provided by IAAA.
