Notably, airlines can receive up to a 100% discount for introducing new services. Moreover, if the annual cargo volume shows an increase over the previous year, proportional incentives are granted.

On the other hand, logistics companies, depending on their investment size, can receive up to 100% waivers on land leases for a period of seven years. Logistics companies can also earn additional incentives if they report a year-on-year increase in cargo volume.
