Notice on the Replacement Work for Self Bag-drop Kiosks
To offer a better self bag-drop service for our customers, replacement work will take place between April 2024 and July 2024. As a result, the self bag-drop service will be partially unavailable or reduced in scale, and therefore, we kindly ask passengers with checked baggage to proceed to the check-in counters of the airline while the replacement is underway. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

  • Available airlines or routes may be restricted due to visa or other document verification issue(s).
  • Only your own baggage (length under 90 cm) can be checked.
  • To proceed, please lay down 1 piece of baggage at a time. (Use the tub for light baggage or baggage with long strings.)
  • Please check in advance for any prohibited items. Please refer to the service counter for others such as animals and plants.
  • Please inquire the pertinent airline for more details.

Asiana Airlines

Asiana Airlines information: Permitted passengers, Available time, Restricted
Permitted passengers Passengers who have been issued a boarding pass using Self Check-in (via web/mobile/kiosk)
Available time Counter C : 06:10~19:00 (until 1 hour before flight departure)
Restricted Passengers who are US-bound (including Hawaii and Guam), passengers who are traveling with infants, passengers who have connecting flights, passengers paying extra charge, and passengers who have requested employee assistance (wheelchair, pets, etc.)

Jeju Air
