About the Easy Drop Service

  • It is a boarding and baggage check-in service offered at a base outside the airport to allow passengers to travel empty-handed.

  • Hours : 7:30–16:30 on weekdays and weekends (service not available on Wednesdays and public holidays)
  • Available until
    • (T1) 3 hours before flight departure
    • (T2) 3 hours and 30 minutes before flight departure

    * After the first vehicle departure (11:30), check-in cannot be processed for flights between 14:30 and 19:30
  • Hours : 9:00–18:00 on weekdays and weekends (service not available on Wednesdays and public holidays)
  • Available until
    • (T1) 2 hours and 30 minutes before flight departure
    • (T2) 2 hours before flight departure
  • Price: KRW 35,000 per baggage
  • Target: Passengers using Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Jeju Air, and T'way Air and departing on the same day through Incheon Int'l Airport

    * For passengers using Korean Air and Asiana Airlines, the service is available for those using the self-check-in service only. For more information, check each airline's website.

  • Routes: International routes excluding American routes (Guam/Saipan)

    * For Jeju Air, China routes additional excluded
Transportation Transporting vehicle departing from hotel twice a day (11:30/16:30) 8 times a day (transport vehicle departing from hotel every hour on the hour from 10:00 to 18:00 except for 13:00)

Available through mobile app or on-site registration (Mobile app service to be available soon)

  • Service provider: Lotte Global Logistics Co., Ltd.
  • Available airlines: Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Jeju Air and T'way Air (4 in total)
  • Available airlines will be gradually expanded.

Easy Drop Service Flow Chart

  1. 1. 거점 탑승수속 : - 웹/모바일 OR 현장체크인 - 수하물 태그 발급
  2. 2. 거점 위탁 : - 수하물 위탁접수 - 여객 본인확인 및 이용동의 - 수하물의 수량, 무게 확인 - 보안질의 및 수하물태그 부착 - 수하물 보안밀봉(Sealing)
  3. 3. 이동 : - 짐없이 관광 - 인천공항으로 이동 *보안차량 사용 **全 과정 CCTV 녹화
  4. 4. 인천국제공항 재확인 : - 짐없이 관광 - 수하물 수량 점검 - 수하물 밀봉상태 확인 - 운반자와 인수자간 인수인계서 작성
  5. 5. 인천국제공항 처리(투입) : - 비행기 탑승 (도착지공항에서 수하물수령) - 수하물 보안 검색 및 분류 - 수하물 처리

Other Matters to Note

  • Passengers on some routes, including routes to the Americas (Guam, Saipan, etc.), are restricted from using the service.
  • Special baggages (e.g. golf bags, weapons, large baggage) are restricted from using the service.
  • For passengers using Korean Air and Asiana Airlines, the service is available for those using the self-check-in service only.
