□ Incheon Airport COVID-19 Testing Centers provide COVID-19 tests and issue medical certificates (negative test certificate) for outbound and inbound passengers.

□ The arrival PCR test after entering Korea is not required from the 1st of Oct.
- Any inbound passenger, who wants to get an arrival test, can take an arrival test just during opening hours.

□ The T1 testing centers are at the T1 transportation centers, located on both the east and west sides of the outer part of the passenger terminal 1 on the ground floor. (Adjacent to the outer entrance next to Darakhyu)

□ The T2 testing center is located in west side parking area on B1 floor of Terminal 2

□ Operating hours (departure testing)

- Telephone reservations are only available for people aged 65 years or older or for people with disabilities who may find internet reservations difficult.

□ If there is an error in your Safe2Go booking information, please cancel and retry the booking.

□ We do not provide antigen/antibody tests at certain times of day so as to produce the test results on the same day. Please refer to the closing times shown below.

 Please note that Safe2Go will match the applicant's name to the name in the itinerary to notify and issue the test results, so making another person's reservation is not possible.

□ You are not allowed to make multiple reservations. 

□ Reservations are available only on your behalf.

- However, a maximum of 4 people can be booked on the same reservation if the group members are infants, young children, and/or elderly.

□ Departure test

- Incheon Airport COVID-19 Testing Center cannot provide detailed information on the expiry date of each country's COVID-19 negative test certificate. We advise you to contact the relevant embassies or the airlines of your choice for any inquiries on this matter.
- The guidelines provided by COVID-19 Testing Center are minimal information, which do not guarantee the entry or exit of passengers.

□ Arrival test

- Incheon Airport COVID-19 Arrival Testing Centers are closed due to cancelation arrival test requirement from the 1st of Oct.
- Any inbound passenger, who wants to get an arrival test, can take an arrival test just during opening hours.

□ Reservations are available up to 30 days ahead.

□ We offer same-day and on-site reservations but encourage you to make your reservation at an early stage as it can be declined depending on the departure time.

□ PCR testing: Swab sampling of nasopharyngeal (upper part of throat behind the nose) or oropharyngeal (part of throat at the back of the mouth) smears to amplify the DNA segments and determine the presence of COVID-19 virus.

□ Antigen test: Nasopharyngeal smears are tested to determine the presence of a COVID-19 antigen.

□ Antibody test: Blood samples (venipuncture blood draw) are examined to determine the presence of COVID-19 antibody.

□ Please bring your passport with you.

- Please be sure to bring your passport, or else you won't be able to register.

□ Incheon International Airport and the affiliated COVID-19 Testing Centers are not in the position to provide information on COVID-19 testing in too much detail. Please contact the Embassy of the Republic of Korea or the airline of your choice for any questions on this matter.

- Please be aware that antigen and antibody tests are performed only for the destination countries who accept such test results for entry.

□ The center offers four types of tests: RT-PCR (gene amplification), Antigen, and Antibody tests.

□ Estimated turnaround time

- Please refer to the info page of each testing center for details.

□ Either the public health center or the testing center will reach out separately to people with a positive result, so we ask for your cooperation.

- We recommend that you refrain from using public facilities and follow the COVID-19 quarantine rules, including wearing masks, until you receive the test results.

□ If you are instructed to take a retest, please return to your home and take the retest at your local medical center or local health center.

□ We will send you a text message (SMS) and an e-mail of the test results at the mobile number and e-mail address provided. If you do not possess a mobile phone, please visit the testing center after the turnaround time to collect your negative test certificate.

□ Once you receive a text message of the test results, you can visit the center to receive the test certificate.

□ People who took a departure test will receive a negative test certificate via an encrypted e-mail.

□ Please bring your passport when collecting your health certificate.

□ (T1) A negative test certificate can be issued from 8AM each day.

□ (T2) A negative test certificate can be issued from 8AM each day.
  - Please take note that we are unable to provide the test results before 8AM as there is a processing time for the testing of previous day's samples. Please bear with us.

□ You won't be needing a separate form as the center will issue the results in the specific form required by the destination country, for example China or Japan, if applicable.

□ All other documents provided by the testing center will be issued in English.

□ Yes, you can.

An individual wishing to collect on behalf of another person must bring a letter of delegation, a copy of the person's ID, and the ID card of the collector himself/herself.
