Demand Recovery
○ (Passenger Recovery) KRW 10,000 is set aside for each extra passenger who passed through Incheon Airport compared to the preceding month and distributed based on contribution* to the increase in passengers by each airlines.
* Increased passengers by each airlines / Total increased passengers at Incheon Airport
Maximum limit of KRW 30 billion
(Ends if used up early)
○ (Flight Recovery) Cost equivalent to 100% of landing charges for passenger flights which was increased compared to the preceding month will be refunded. Not available with other incentives, etc.
※ The starting date for the Demand Recovery Incentive will be separately designated and noticed after comprehensively taking into account the lowest record in passenger / flight performance, government policy relating to COVID-19 trends, etc.
New Flights ○ (New Airlines) 100% of landing charges for two years will be refunded annually. Maximum USD 50,000 will be supported for marketing expense.
○ (New Routes) A maximum of 100% of landing charges for two years will be refunded annually. [1st Year] 100% [2nd Year] 50%
Night Flights ○ A maximum of 100% of annual landing charges for Night Time (00:00∼04:59) departures & arrivals will be refunded.

- Arrivals from 00:00 to 02:59: 50%
- Departures from 02:00 to 04:59 : 50%
(for the previous connecting flights)
For all flights in the corresponding times
