The phase 3 construction built access roads from the airport entrance junction to Terminal 2 (total length 11.2km(7 mile)). The access roads and the connecting roads provide a transportation service that allows the users to reach each terminal within 15 minutes.

Four new interchanges were built on the access roads to make transportation system within the airport continuous and safer. The access roads are organically connected to the New Airport Highway, Incheon Bridge, and Yeongjong Bridge and to the external transportation system, completing an efficient transportation flow toward Terminal 2.
